A master blade withthe maximum height at particular stacking axis is available for the measuringreading. The fixture user will place the blade master onto the locator and pinpointed the dial indicator to get maximum height required. Every grinded bladewill be check individually by this length measuring fixture. This methodof using interchangeable fixtures enables rapid changeovers between productmodels. We outline a procedure to design a fixture given a carton and a foldingsequence. The blade locator isinterchangeable with another stage.
